Our Women's Leadership Programs are designed upon a unique leadership development blueprint tailored for women in Security and STEM, informed by our exclusive research in the Security and STEM sectors.

With a coaching foundation, integrating neuroscience, strengths and emotional intelligence training, our programs empower women to become authentic and impactful leaders, amplifying and leveraging the inherent strengths of women to deepen participants’ motivation, mindset, and skills around developing their leadership.

Our Women's Leadership Programs address the theory and tools for enduring leadership development. They apply coaching techniques to ensure the learning is targeted to the needs and motivations of the individual and support the application of theories into practice.

Women in Defence Industry Leadership Initiative

Delivering measurable leadership capability shifts alongside deeper cultural transformation.

The Women in Defence Industry Leadership Initiative provides professional, tailored leadership training to women across Australia’s defence industry, as a strategic approach to build the diverse, capable and sustainable STEM workforce and leaders Australia needs to deliver its strategic defence priorities.

The initiative focuses on two workforce segments: early-career women/emerging female leaders, and early-career female leaders.
